Is the price I see here the final price?
Yes. It is a fixed per-vehicle price covering fuel, tolls, parking and waiting time, and it does not change if your flight is late. We confirm it on WhatsApp before anything is booked.
Why does the calculator ask for passengers?
Because it picks the vehicle for you. One to three passengers travel by car; four to nine need a van, which costs more. Ten or more means two vehicles, which we quote individually.
Do you charge more at night?
No. There is no night surcharge on any route. Our cars are stationed near Katunayake, 25 minutes from arrivals, so 2am pickups are ordinary rather than exceptional.
Who am I paying?
Travel Ceylon Tours is the trading name of BWK Travels (Pvt) Ltd, a registered Sri Lankan company at 321/A, Batepola, Dunagaha 11264. Our bank account, your receipt and any invoice are all in the name of BWK Travels (Pvt) Ltd, so the payee name will not be a surprise. Our team has served Bandaranaike airport since the 1990s, handling mishandled-baggage delivery for Emirates passengers.
How do I pay?
We accept Sri Lankan rupees, US dollars, euros and pounds, in cash to the driver or by bank transfer to our company account in the name of BWK Travels (Pvt) Ltd (Pvt) Ltd. Payment terms are confirmed with your quote before anything is booked.
What if my destination is not in the list?
Send it on WhatsApp and we will quote it. The calculator covers our published rates; we drive to plenty of places beyond them.
Why are prices in dollars?
Our rates are set in Sri Lankan rupees and converted for convenience, which is why both figures are shown. If the currency moves sharply the rupee price is the one that governs.
